Shipping

  • To ensure prompt delivery of online sales, BIG CAT coffee utilize courier services for nationwide dispatch.

  • The standard delivery time is between 2-5 days.
  • BIG CAT coffee will not be held responsible for late delivery caused by external factors such as delays by courier service.
  • You can track your order through MyAccount on the website or Whatsapp. A tracking link to courier service status will be sent to you through Whatsapp. Please make sure you give us the correct phone number during purchasing.
  • Self-collection is available. The collection is in Kuala Lumpur.
  • Door-to-door same-day delivery is available for Klang Valley, the cost of delivery will be borne by the customer.

 

 

 

Standard Refund Policy

  • BIG CAT coffee does not allow the return of coffee that is open or not in the original packaging due to food safety concern
  • Our products may be returned for refund, exchange or store credit where the product is faulty or incorrectly delivered.

    Item required for a refund:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Contact BIG CAT coffee within 14 days

  • Once we review and approve the refund, the credit will be return to you within 7-14 working days.
  • If you’ve made an incorrect purchase, please contact us before delivery. No return allowed once product is delivered.
